In November 2022, I created a blog on my LinkedIn account in the hopes of sharing my thoughts and opinions on pop culture to the masses. It was never intended to be a financial endeavor, but something I just did for fun.

It was given the entirely unique name of “Ant’s Blog,” which was divided into two categories: “Ant’s Blog – Reviews”, which aimed to review video games, movies, and television, and “Ant’s Blog – Opinions”, which gave my thoughts on those same forms of media.

From November 2, 2022 to January 27, 2023, I wrote a total of nine articles for Ant’s Blog before gradually losing interest in the project. [You can actually view those original articles in the “Ant’s Archive” tab under the “Blog” page!]

With the creation of this new website, however, I wanted to bring Ant’s Blog back. It’ll be returning with both reviews and opinion pieces, but unlike the more stringent schedule I tried to follow for the original blog, I will be a bit laxer in my process. This way, I won’t pressure myself into writing and effectively take the joy out of it. That also means I won’t be writing on every single piece of media that comes/came out, because that’s 1.) not possible since I’m on my own and 2.) there are things I have no interest in writing about. (Lastly, if this blog ends up becoming more fruitful than I expect, then that is more than welcome, but we shall see.)
